The Role:

Join a dynamic Block Management team operating in Potters Bar. We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to play a crucial role in their finance department. This is an entry-level position with a focus on credit control, reporting, and debtor communication. As an integral part of the accounts team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to the growth of the company, and enjoy a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Run and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively with debtors via phone and email, addressing queries and providing assistance.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
