The Verto Training Academy

To ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills to effectively service your property, we launched our own training that is accredited by TPI (ARMA) and CPD Certified Training Academy. We now offer a host of learning opportunities alongside an in-depth bespoke residential training courses which is the very first of its kind in our industry.

Dominic Rossi
Managing Director

In 2013, after serving in the British Army and launching our sister company PMR, Dominic Rossi founded Verto HR to offer property teams a complete management solution. Verto HR has since grown into a leading residential management company and Dominic is now a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and a recent judge of the ACE property management awards.

Mark began his career in 2010 with a role at our sister company, specialist property consultancy, PMR. Following years of dedication expanding our network and supporting our clients, Mark is now a highly experienced recruitment director, and vital to the success of the PMR and Verto HR group. Mark is proud founder of the PM50 Awards, an annual event created to recognise key people within the property management industry.

Frankie Earnshaw
Operations Manager

Frankie Earnshaw has years of hands-on HR experience and works closely with our clients to solve problems as and when they arise. She's responsible for the oversight of all operational matters, from managing recruitment to handling daily operations and overseeing employee relations. With a wealth of industry knowledge, Frankie is perfectly placed to advise on all HR matters including investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

With an extensive background in property management recruitment, Charley began her Verto HR career as a Senior Client Account Manager offering one-to-one HR and recruitment support. Today, Charley is an integral part of our team, armed with the skills and experience to develop and build client relationships, oversee the onboarding of new developments, and explore fresh ways clients and staff can benefit from our partnering services.

Whilst studying for her CIPD Level 5 – Associate Diploma in People Management, Ellie Brown assists the Verto HR team and our Group HR Manager as we deliver the best possible service to clients and site staff. Along with management of our Verto Training product, Ellie supports the oversight of TUPEs, the on-and-off-boarding of site staff, and the delivery of accurate HR advice at all times.

Dan Mendonça joined Verto HR from the high-end luxury fashion industry where his responsibilities included overseeing and managing large teams of retail staff. With a background in customer facing roles and great communication skills, Kelsey has always had a keen interest in employment law and is passionate to learn about HR and the property industry. Kelsey supports the team with recruitment, onboarding new starters, administrative tasks and much more.

Vivian is our Accounts Supervisor and joined the Verto HR team in October 2023, having previously worked as an Accountant within the property sector.
